Remarks:
  • For MCQ, note that for question 12, I accept both options 1 and 2.
  • (Time) 24hr format is given as 10 35 or 23 15. If it is in the 12 hour format, it will be 10.35am or 11.15pm
  • Please read your questions carefully.
  • Common practise is to always leave your fractions in simplest form unless stated otherwise.
  • Remember my rules on models. Use a ruler & label all information!

Mistakes were commonly found in [MCQ] Q15, 16, 17.

  • Q15: Product of 2 number = 108, one number is 4, the solution should be 108/4 = 27
  • Q16: Given that it is 08 00 in Singapore and 02 00 in France, it meant that we are 6 hrs ahead of France. So, if the time in singapore is 15 00, France should be 6 hours slower: 15 00 - 6hrs = 09 00.
  • Q17: clockwise = direction of the clock!
